Start with the field setup checklist. It shows the setup videos inline and keeps the first connection path focused on direct Ethernet.

Quick Start

  1. Download the Air OS image from the Downloads page
  2. Flash it to an SD card with Raspberry Pi Imager
  3. Connect a direct Ethernet cable from laptop to Pi
  4. Set Windows Ethernet to manual IPv4 192.168.144.10, mask 255.255.255.0, gateway/DNS blank
  5. Power on, wait 60-120 seconds, and open http://192.168.144.1/ in your browser
  6. Log in with admin / admin and change your password

air.local is optional and only works on router/LAN setups where mDNS/Bonjour is available; it is not the reliable first-setup address on Windows.
